• Narrative dictation has a highly interpretive nature that often requires human judgment because words and sentences can have several valid interpretations such that the speaker leaves the choice of the correct one to the listener. “cauterize” from “caught her eyes”
“nitrate” from “night rate”
• Written language may need punctuation according to strict rules that are not strongly present in speech, and are difficult to infer without knowing the meaning (commas, ending of sentences, quotations).
The person employing the software must have the practice and the attachment, to become qualified because the use of a new software is like learning a new language. The specific verbal orders must be educated in order to order the computer, and to compose, publish, and correct the text created.
